We’re excited to announce RockTrackR version 1.3! This update brings some truly exciting new features that will make your concert experience even better. The focus of this release: YouTube integration, smart route navigation, and a completely redesigned memory view.
Highlights
YouTube Right Inside the App
You can now search for YouTube videos related to any event and save those links directly in the app. Concert recordings, music videos, interviews – everything in one place. The Memory View has been completely redesigned to showcase these videos in a beautiful, integrated layout.
Never Get Stuck in Traffic Again – Built-In Route Planning
You can now launch navigation to your concert venue directly from the event details or the new Countdown widget on the home screen. The new widget doesn’t just show you the countdown to your next event – it also has a dedicated button to kick off route planning right away. No more copying and pasting addresses!
Better Setlist Search and Sorting
The playlist view now features new search and sorting options, and you can display the individual songs directly in the overview. The event list also gains new filter and grouping options based on rating and event type.
More Improvements
- Artists you’ve already seen are now highlighted even more clearly – with a new “Listen” button in the external event details
- A sync indicator on the home screen lets you know when iCloud is syncing your data
- Apple Music: A helpful note now informs you when a subscription is required to play songs or setlists
- Various UI improvements and a fix for drag & drop sorting in setlists
